By downloading or using GiftRack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

GiftRack is a personal gift tracking application for Android and iOS, provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Your Account

You may use GiftRack as a guest or sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into GiftRack. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GiftRack to violate any law, harass others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Wishlists

When you share a wishlist link, those items become publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You can revoke public access at any time by making the wishlist private.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GiftRack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strongly recommend keeping your own backup of important data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero, as GiftRack is free).
